On behalf of The Greenbrier Valley Board of REALTORS®, serving Greenbrier, Monroe, Pocahontas and Summers counties, I would like to offer you an opportunity to join our Affiliate Membership Program. The Affiliate Membership Program is a convenient, annual membership created and developed by our Affiliate Membership Committee.
This membership allows our Affiliate Members exclusive access to reach over 150 GVBOR members in order to market your product and services. As an Affiliate Member, your business will be featured in our directory of affiliate service providers that will be used by all REALTORS® and affiliates throughout our membership. This Affiliate Directory will be distributed by each real estate office to prospects and buyers. Your business will also gain exposure by anyone visiting the GVBOR website and visiting the Affiliate Directory. Every affiliate will have their own page within the directory which lists basic contact information and links to your website or relevant social media. In other words, this is great exposure for your business to new clientele – all at a very nominal cost.
As an Affiliate Member, you are invited to attend the monthly GVBOR luncheon meetings to network directly with our members and to discuss industry and community news, education, marketing and partnership efforts. In addition, there are special opportunities to participate and sponsor other events which directly benefit you and the Real Estate community, and to make a presentation to our members on your services.
